Bosses good morning.
My Dell inspiron 15 has been having charging issues for a while. Once I plug the charger, it will only connect (plugged in) but won't charge until I twist the mouth of the charger or remove and put it back in several times before it begin to charge.
From then.. I first change charger, then battery, then lastly charging port. Nothing changes.
Since yesterday now, it has not been charging again no matter how I tried. It will only see charger is plug in but it won't charge.

I'm tired please make una help me out

I don't know how this happens. But, there's a windows recovery setting that allows a user to keep their files. Only thing is that they'll lose their apps.

I know this because it happened to me, and thanks to people's input, I was able to work ,myself through fixing it; and I have.

Turn the PC off and upon startup, hold down the ESC key, it should bring up the option for recovery process.

If you're lucky and have a restore point before this issue, you can easily fix this. You'll get to keep both your files and apps. But if there's NP restore point, the next option is to get a bootable CD or bootable USB, that has Windows OS installed - any compatible version with your PC - and do a recovery (fresh installation) from it.

For this one, you'll only need to reinstall your apps after the installation completes. Your files are going to be intact.

Good day all.
I have a challenge with my Hard Disk. The system(Windows 10) went off while using it and comes up with Smark Hard Disk Error(301). I tried running Chkdsk /f /r c: but will but never finish after a long time. Start up repair, reset disk, using bootable USB to repair etc non works
Now the disk is inaccessible and corrupt but shows as RAW on disk management. With a third party recovery software, I used to see all my files in the User folder but now I can't see it any longer.
If there anything I can do to preserve my important files even if it means to reinstall. I don't mind loosing the apps

Good morning, my laptop is having a problem, not so sure that the screen is bad because if I turn on night mode, it becomes a bit normal, but when it is on normal mode, it begins to show pink background and certain green lines, could it be a software issue? I assume that if it is hardware then the pink background and green lines will remain fixed

That's why i said reinstall, you won't lose your files but your apps will go.

You don't have to delete any partition in your HDD/SSD.

You'll have to replace the keyboard.

Simply go back and undo them.

Another way, of you have a restore point saved on your system, use it.
