Back to your question, i'll keep it short and probably expand on them later on after more people weighs in on the topic..
Two major ways i control my emotions
1) Dropping the ego
2) Keeping my expectations at the lowest possible level.
One thing to note and this is from a personal observation, just the way we MGTOW's are callled "Cowards", you'll most likely be seen as a "weakling" when you master how to control your actions and emotions because you'll find yourself walking out of situations where people expect you to prove a point.

wonders will never seize to amaze me, I weep for most guys, I don't know what goes through their head sometimes, here's what happened today; there's this guy, he has a generator which he puts on most of the time, girls usually go there to charge phones(normals na)there is this particular girl that used to come and charge almost everyday, she plugs and leaves, she doesn't stay around, so today she plugged her phone and left, the guy wanted to go out later on, he turned off his gen and went out, coincidentally the girl came to pick up her phone but the house was locked, she waited for like an hour and left, this evening the guy came back, the girl came later on and was ranting on how he had caused her to miss an important call, that she would never charge her phone there again (really? is that one punishment ) my brothers shocking to me this guy is still pleading with the girl to forgive him, even bought her drink which she rejected, ha!

Have you ever wondered why the villians in blockbusters laughs when battling with the super heroes?
Witches laugh each time they make out an evil plan... The devil is not exempted from this discussion...
The super heroes are always keeping straight faces to show seriousness or whatever...

In the real world... The super villians will beat the shit outta these boring heroes because the heroes are the ones emotional here...
The Super Villian Is operating in his subconscious while the superhero operations in his conscious state
The super villian's laughter is a form of gaslight and a way of controlling emotions as women use this a lot...
Women won't laugh goofily or make funny faces at you
They just throw the gaslight to your face like

That's GASLIGHT right there and women only use this when begging or when in an argument with a man... You'll hear things like "you are behaving childish", "you are so insecure", "you're embarrassing me","you're no longer the man i married"

The best way to be cool under pressure is to just "not get angry"
