Good evening all. I have a question please. I am a B.Sc student in Uk and would like to invite my younger sister for to spend the Easter with me. She is a student in Nigeria. Would she need to submit any bank statements if i would be sponsoring her trip?

I had a pgce interview last and I wasn't given a place due to my pronunciations of words and grammar. I have another interview on 5th and 7th, please how can I adjust to speak more like English as I am applying for pgce primary with specialist in mathematics.
Anybody that has tips on how I can improve my pronunciations will be appreciated.

Turn around time for study visa has been incredible.

God forbid I paid online without going to their office and recieved a confirmation mail. Also gotten my flight tickets and itinerary from them .

Its a simple thing. The moment you book from the site of the airline, still go back and input your reference number. Then if nothing pops up you can go and make trouble at their office rather than getting embarassed at the airport

My Sister intends going on vacation with her three children to the UK. She is a full time house wife and doesnt have much inflow and out flows in her account. Her husband is going to sponsor the trip. He is a business Man but he doesnt have a registered business name or account . All is business transactions are done on his personal account. He has enough cash flow to cover the trip.

Most banks you should be able to pay, but it would have to be a dollar/pounds account. Funding the accounts is where you get irritated i should warn.

I'm not sure tourist or standard visa holder are allowed to marry or enter any civil partnership with that category of visa.

On the other hand if proof of relationship can be established and his partner meets the annual income trenchhold, she could actually file an application for him under the civil route

You are actually right with this, but posting this online is like exposing ourselves. This is the type of information we posted online in the past that messed up our opportunities to seek asylum in Canada and Ireland. We always like to expose ourselves.

I am not encouraging people ...i was talking to one specific person that genuinely has a girlfriend and the system in place is rigged against him...

I suggested first he marry her here and japa first
But i am fan of love and i would do anything to see my girl even if it means visiting and jumping my visa.... make nobody come dey straff my girlfriend....
