greetings all, after charging my infinix smartphone i went ahead to switched it on so i discovered that the initial language transformed to chinese, so after doing that for like one minutes, it went off again and on itself writing initializing in the front of screen so later on i found out that my all my phone apps has been formated. Please what might be the problem for that occurence?

pls engineers here what can be wrong to my infinix S559 I was talking to one guy on beggars den and the stupuid boi sent one link to me the moment I click the link my phone stopped working like not pressing very well not deleting some items and app again I suspect he sent virus to me
Have reset my phone like more than 8 times now it still not working pls engineer should tell me what I can do
The phone was giving to me on November and it not even up to 3 weeks yet a new phone for that matter

No I didn't I'm using free basic app the moment I clicked it , free basic just hanged and wrote free basic app has stopped you know the icon it use to bring when apps stop working . and after that everything on my phone started hanging I cant delete msg again . i can't select anything again . someone here even said I should thank my stars that I didn't login anything .
