The original question was asked by the moderator and Obi was given the opportunity to answer first. Infact, while he was talking and dishing numbers, Atiku was shown jotting down on a piece of paper. The moderator credited Obi for sticking to the 2 minutes allotted. After Obi answered, the moderator tried to connect with the Abuja studio but there was connection issue or they were not ready so they went to Atiku before Kwankwaso.

I hope I am wrong but that was what I saw.
