You are right but Senegal were not this bad in their previous matches. England opted for aggressive counter attacking tactic nullified everything they have in their arsenal especially their midfield.

Africa need assembly of good footballers playing at highest level to win the World Cup. Nigeria USA football team would've done that for us if not the egoistic crisis within the team.

We don't need assembly of professional players, we just need young, energetic, determined and success hungry players with a good manager to guide them and teach them how to play fast game when necessary and how to complete passes more accurately by learning how to juggle around the pitch to create spaces for your player to pass ball easily to you without putting you or your teammate in tight corner.




African footballers play sluggish game which doesn't work for world cup. They hardly switch position, when one player holds ball others will be strolling or stand static waiting for the player with the ball to do magic and score until the player loses the ball then they start chasing for the ball again.


Another lapses African players have is football marking, they don't mark their opponents immediately they get the ball, they give their opponents too much room to control the ball and make accurate passes
