I use to experienced same things from my neighbor, my case the guy and his fiance, every night, they will be doing the thing and the window was next to mine. What I did, any time the lady started moaning, I will slide my window very hard, first, second, third and now they had stopped. So maybe just look for something similar

Use your phone to record the moaning as you hear it inside your room. Then send it to one of them and ask them if u are being given an open invitation to the street party they often organise
