Any other governor with access to cash would have done more than that. Even Rivers State governor commissioned so many projects because he had access to cash, same with Akwa Ibom State governor.

You don't have to be a genius to access cash in Lagos.

Nigeria has 2 main problem that needs to be solved before we can hope for a better country. The first is religious problem and the second is tribal problem, the elites and politicians knows these are the weaknesses of the poor masses and that's the reason they invest heavily in those two.
