I just got my item i ordered on 28th of November, i just took my mind if it cause i was expecting it after 2week only to get a call of delivery from speedaf asking for direction to my house, i was surprised cause i wasn't expecting the item yet, it took 5days to get to me, 1 day for flight movement and 1 day for clearance. Speedaf is full of surprises and i like this kind surprise.

Anytime i want to buy item on aliexpress, i make sure shipping is cainiao economy, i buy like 3 or more item with same shipping company and I'm certain that my item will be combined and it will be upgrade from self pickup to home delivery, it's a win win for me. That what i do to get home delivery service from speedaf

I got an item that is faulty and applied for refund, refund was successful but my challenge is knowing which card I used for the purchase to trace where the refund dropped.

Guys with the restriction on online payments by nija banks. Is there any other alternative? All the virtual dollar card apps like fundall etc. have equally suspended dollar virtual cards. What is the way forward? Jumia prices are way too high compared to Ali express.

Hello guys, so this is what my orders have been showing for more than one week. When I asked around they said that it’s still at Lagos, probably passing through custom.
My issues are:
1. Does custom clearance take this long?
2. Is there a high chance that the parcel is at the Nipost office in Port Harcourt (which is the final destination) and it wasn’t reflected on the tracking site?
3. What is the possible solution?

normally …..it’ll get to you..sometimes usually my package passes through Lagos before coming to Abuja and sometimes Niger

All speedaf items are cleared in Lagos so Lagos showing on ur track record is 5n. But Ado ekiti showing on item that's meant to b delivered to Lagos address is not normal. It's better he calls them to clarify stuffs.

Speedaf has been fucking up lately,my package left Lagos on the 26th of November enroute Asaba com Onitsha but till date, tracking is showing departed from Lagos,I have called Speedaf,sent email,use Facebook,all of them are saying they are working on it, God knows if they have lost that package,me self don vex tire,the customer wey get the item don ask me tire too.the other package instead of Onitsha went to yola,scanned for delivery,only God knows who they wan give am there,thou I'm not worried about that one,it's a small money sha,and it's not for a client,so no pressure, speedaf is not on too of there game this period.
