I was their biggest fan, I always buy thier latest flagship, I started from note 5, through me alot of people don switche to redmi products, I dey hype them die, I switched from. 10tpro to the 11 ultra 512gb version, thinking I've bought the best phone, it's a let down, worse part be say no help to fix it, I contacted all thier offices in 9ka and they all say same thing, since I the product not in 9ja then they can't fix it, I contacted them on all their social media platforms local n international begging for them to help me fix it, I'll pay, because my stuffs still in the phone, no help, I ordered parts from China twice to fix the phone, nothing, waited painfully for almost a month to receive the items only for it not to work, abegi xiaomi is trash now, I guess because they don get so many people way dey patronize them, dey don dey do anyhow and feel relaxed, can't ever buy thier products again, n also second space functions is what got me hooked on xiaomi, but no more, they can go to hell abeg,

Let me get you right,you ordered for parts from China and it did not work,what parts did you order before?and since you claim it's water damage,are you sure the board is not affected already?
For you to confirm your screen is bad,you should still feel some level of vibration when you long press the power button to switch off and on.

Firsts it was the flex for the screen, the connector to the board, I ordered that, changes all the flex n it didn't work, yes now I see the screen is bad, it turns one and displays nonsense, the screen is damaged as I was told now, this was after I've changed all the flex tho, because after opening the phone the flex was looking eroded, so I clean it n put it it worked for few seconds then back again, so we figured the flex n ordered it.. But anyway sha, now it is screen problem and screen I didn't see in 9ja have to order from China again, so I no stress myself anymore I just trash the phone one side, until I go get him time again
