Lekki and housing challenge

You don't have to necessarily look for a pako house cus it would cost money too and it's equally not safe. You can get an affordable hostel around Ajah which is not so bad rather than trying to stay in a pako house.

Most of the bankers and staff of multinational companies who are deployed from mainland to the island or works there rent pako houses in other not to be caught in the daily traffic experience in the island.

It is. Very developed actually. But there are undeveloped plots that some (not all o) people can put a batcher on to prevent land grabbing. It’s very very rare to see batcher in Lekki so I’m wondering how the OP plans to get one.
