I am not an expert but I will give you my 2 cent.

1. You need state the name of the inverter

2. 165k * 2 should be 330k, unless the person is trying to cover up with other amount he quoted from other items. You are better off with LFP batteries.

3. He wrote 6 pieces panel and multiplied it by 9, then quote amount greater than what he's supplying. Unless this is a typo and you meant 8 pieces then this is manageable.

These are my personal thoughts

1. The quote has the barest minimum materials for the installation to work on paper

2. The prices quoted would get you average products, not that they are not good, just preference.

3. Ensure you know the exact warranty on each products .... Just to be save.

4. Lastly for your panels if you do 400W+ it will be helpful especially for your pump, as even 400W x 6 = around 1.5KWp under NoC.

You may consider Growatt ES but I guess idle power consumption is up to 60w for 5kw 48v.
If you're working on budget and 5kw 48v system is your target, then I'll advise you grab one Felicity from Jonescosmos. What trip me for that system is the idle power consumption/the efficiency.

Please give me tips on wiring this AC/DC fan for AC use.

Nice to run your loads on DC source but how do you intend to protect your battery from discharging below Cut-off voltage?

My answer to that is: Get this kind of ATS that has the ability to cut-off the DC load if bettery voltage drops below set point. This way you can enjoy a longer life span from your batteries because you basically will not endagner them by dischasrging them below the set Cut-Off voltage that you will set. See attached picture.

It is not an inverter but just a transfer switch. You can actually use two battery banks as your sources. Battery A goes below cut-off point, your load gets transfered to Battery B.
