Please where is this place? I doubt if it's the old stadium at area 10. Am in Abuja and I don't even know that such is ongoing.

This is poor really, because I drove pass federal secretariat around 4pm this evening but I didn't notice any unusual crowd or met traffic of any kind gaskiya.
