It's not hard for anyone to know/understand that Arabic is not our local language. Mother tongue and differences in culture are some of the reasons why many muslim names looks/written anyhow. For example Mohammed is written in some part of the country as Momoh, Muhammad, Muhammad, or Mahmoud.
