I would be more impressed if you got into Cambridge based on your secondary school or A level result, not paying to enter MBA which anyone with a 2:2 can do, and from your level of thinking I'm now doubtful if you came out of the other side of the MBA. Matriculation and graduation are two different things.

Entering an MBA requires your money, coming out of an MBA requires a bit of work, although the academic depth of an MBA is still not impressive to me at all. It's lower in academic rigour than a CFA level 1 or the first 50% of any accounting chartership.
