Please, stop blaming NIPOST for everything. They have their shortcomings but can't be responsible for all issues surrounding undelivered packages.

We all have our responsibilities to make it/Nigeria better too. Some of us will receive later and won't say PIM. Some delivered despite no update on tracking, but will still seek refund.

Nigeria is what we make it to be.

well, you're right to some extent, how should a person show their grievances over a failed delivery, especially when it's NIPOST situation. I've gotten a refund for a parcel, but the Seller dropped a message about how it'd be a loss if I didn't reimburse in case I eventually get the parcel delivered. That's when I started tracking again, took my ass to Dugbe, I got a shock that item is not in Nigeria. Who should I hold responsible.
Many of us still believe hiding the ills of Government Officials failing at their duties will make the disease cured, NO. It should be a call for them to fix all loopholes which makes it hard for some people/theives to get both refund and their parcel

for GTB, make sure you have the naira equivalent of what you want to buy on your account balance then try again it should go through.
first bank and wema no longer work on AliExpress

Even the banks are against the common people , they only want to deliver for the rich and corrupt politicians.

Ordinary $20 , most of our banks card can’t even deliver to the common man … but if na to release dollars to some politicians to bribe delegates … they won’t waste time in doing that

If you haven't fixed it before noticing the fault, you'll get your refund but if it's been fixed, you may need to renegotiate. Replacement screen buying there na 50/50.
