This is quite sad, I feel your pains my brother. I once had a similar experience such that I had to instruct that a soak-away be broken almost completely after I re-assigned it to another artisan. Since then, I vowed to always be around during any stage of my project. Some of these artisans are heartless and without conscience, they always wish you would just pay them without them offering any service ...as if money easy to get.
You have stalled for too long at this stage for no fault of yours, you are only trying to help someone who obviously is not ready to be helped.
I'm of same opinion as previous commenters, get another artisan to correct and complete your job while you pursue a refund.

First and foremost, measurements for the three sides is important in other to give a quotation for the kitchen cabinet (to avoid giving an envisaged price that may be too high or too low).

Secondly, HDF boards are more durable in the making of kitchen cabinets due to water splash and the likes.
If you're considering your pocket and feel the need to use high gloss mdf for doors, well you can (only of the user can maintain it well) but I do prefer HDF boards for doors as well.

The price of HDF board is cheaper in Lagos unlike 35k you said it's been sold in Abuja. One can get all materials in Lagos, transport to your location and get the job done.

For Kitchen Cabinets HDF is Best!! Apart from direct contact with water, MDF is not advisable for Kitchen furnitures because moist environment affects its strength of the board and its losses Shape quick.

Honestly I will really have loved to do HDF too but I am hearing N33,000 in Abuja for HDF. Is it because of water damage you advice not to use MDF? Will it be really bad even with the mixture of the high gloss board that will be used. Also note that marble will be used on the top of the cabinets all round and the island too. This was not included in the quote. I am thinking the marble will provide some projection against water splashes. Let me know what you think.

Yes you did a good job for me and that’s why I am very surprised and disappointed about the way you’re handling your clients recently.
It’s on this thread that I and probably the client you’re having fallout with copied your contact. Same with other artisans. So, you should know why you should maintain a good reputation here.
There are wonderful guys here, don’t ruin their chances. Olukaygold from Ekiti has been working on my project for over a month and he’s doing a good job for me. If not for this forum, the probability of getting the contract is near zero.

they both are not really accurate in outputs results, You have to master manual analysis and know the results to expect or those softwares will get you behind schedule. Preferably you write your own program which is always recommended because you can always tweak it and manipulate your analysis according to site conditions.

Are you thinking about buying the roofing sheets and then accessories, after which you would get someone to fix them ? That process might cost you more , except you know exactly what you are doing. Buying the sheets, valleys, troughs, caps, nails, gum etc would require some knowledge.
It’s best to contract roofing to a reliable person, let them deal with it.
But to your question, Agric at Ojo barracks or Orile Coker is your best bet.
