A married Hausa woman met my neighbours to beg her husband on her behalf to have more than two children, her husband told her that he intends marrying marrying a second wife in the future that would give him two children too so he would have four children from his two wives with each wife having only two children, if you're the woman, what would you do?

despite the fact that water is scarce in most parts of Enugu state, Delta suffers from a rent seeking economy whereby gangs and government obtain a lot of money from businesses which in turn is passed on to the final consumers.

Well, I'm guessing that they're Muslims and their religion permits the husband to marry more wives.

I think the husband is just being reasonable and doesn't want to have too many children.
