As a medical personnel the health system is running aground. Many consultants have vowed to leave the country if the wrong candidate wins.

Recently many teaching hospitals have been calling for doctors to come and take up jobs but no one is even available.

I have seen many people die of resolvable issues because there was no specialist within that vicinity to proper help.

Keep supporting the wrong candidates when you know the right thing to do.

You know Peter Obi is the best chance we have at redeeming the country.

Soon when someone has an ordinary stroke, there wouldn't be even an experienced hand to solve it. You think it is about being paid. Very soon no good doctor will be on ground to help you even if you have all the money.

the most neglected sector in terms of infrastructure and maintenance. most hospitals are usually managed by federal government with high depleted ugly infrastructures. wonder how they carry out their research and administer treatment. most professionals wouldn't stay to work in nigeria if given experiences. medicine should be declared at a state of emergency.

Imagine the cost of same surgery now. Go to oncology, cardiology, renal, maxillofacial departments and be amazed at figures for certain procedures. Even in a government hospital.
People who aren't in the system can easily sit on their boxers and spit gutters.
