Good afternoon all, please help advise on my situation.
I submitted my application nov 30, did biometrics on Dec 2, Ikeja tls, priority and haven’t heard anything back. I made a paid call on Dec 12 and the person said he’s escalating my application and I should call back after 15 working days if I still don’t hear back. I later received an email after the call asking for my receipt of priority payment, I sent the receipt and nothing yet till now. Has anyone experienced this type of issue and later got the visa approved? When can I make another paid call or I have to wait the 15 days before calling again? Thank you all so much for your help

paid call : number to call is +443007906268, then press the numbers immediately 1,2,5,1 debit card no* expiry date* the 3nos at the back of the card* then 2, u will be connected to an agent, have ur GWF NO handy

It could be that the priority payment didn't reflect and your application is being treated as standard. Did you make the payment within 24 hours before your biometrics?

Application transferred to vac but no BRP mail. Can one do paid call to enquiry about BRP mail?

It could be that the priority payment didn't reflect and your application is being treated as standard. Did you make the payment within 24 hours before your biometrics?

I think a little longer than 24 hrs, I paid for priority on Nov 30th and went for biometrics on Dec 2nd

Ok. It should be an error from their end. Was your package put inside the priority bag at TLS?

@Gloriyah and @Duchess you guys are the best thank you for the mentorship some of us became pro through your support,@Gloriyah you adviced I shld use self service with good package that is faster which I think made my process faster

Congratulations. What date did it move from DMC to transferred to vac. Mine moved from DMC to transferred to vac this morning but no BRP mail yet. Same Nov 28 Ikeja standard

Please I need help, concerning a mistake done during the application and my dependent name came out as Mr Mr instead of one Mr ..... so it's assumed that Mr is part of his name? Please what do I do. Again filling the checklist should I use the original name or I should add Mr as it erroneously appeared in the checklist?

Instead of paying for assisted service ,organise your documents in PDF preferably named them in CAPITAL letters and upload in right sessions appropriately when submitting application, during your biometrics you will be attended to urgently why others are waiting on queue to have their documents scanned and uploaded.

Please,I just found out that my agent made a mistake when uploading my documents and she has submitted she didn’t add my birth certificate as my father is my sponsor,please can it be done at the tls on the day of my bio@Duchess @Gloriyah

Just received collection mail today I got an nsf last two weeks which I uploaded evidences of subsisting relationship between me and my partner I am a dependent and I haven’t received brp. Is there any cause for alarm ??
