During my Visa application (main applicant), I was to pay IHS fee of 1,198usd, which I did paid but on getting to that of my hubby ( dependent), he's to pay 2,396 USD which is twice of mine. What could be wrong pls?

Check what you’re filling in the form, it’s calculating for both of you, so be sure your information is not interfering with that of the dependent

My dependants did biometrics and forgot to use courier services. I contacted TLS via mail and was told to use the post biometric courier option. Was asked to credit their account and provide some information with evidence of payment. I did so but till now there's no feedback or acknowledgement. I need advice on what to do if anyone has had similar experience. I have sent several reminders. Two of the dependants out of four have received collection mail this evening without moving to courier

Which email did you to contact TLS. I don't want courier services again. I want to come pick up for my dependents myself. Is this possible? My own courier took 6days and I'll be out of town soon.

Please all visa applications for M.A and the 2 dependants have been moved to VAC this morning with no BRP mail.
This is worrisome. I thought there would be a BRP mail for at least one applicant.

Please how does one request BRP mail? So we can do this right away.

For third party consent whoever filled the application.
Since the POF is in the MA, the MA should also give consent for that

Please who is to sign the third party letter for a child dependant. MA is in UK. While mother and child will be applying. Also Pof is in MA Account.

Hello

It might come through in abit. Wait till you get to your collection mail for passport and confirm if the letter is in the passport documents returned to you.

Check your spam mail from now till then

Once you have gotten your passport and there's no BRP letter and no mail sent then you can request for it.
