You all should stop these bad naming. Yeah, NIPOST has her issues but lost items/undelivered items are not always NIPOST issue. Some items don't land 9ja at all, while some land but trapped at IMPC.

None of my items ever got lost via NIPOST except one that was extracted - package opened and stolen (which investigation revealed it was at IMPC), and I was refunded by NIPOST due to negligence of all staff that processed the package at arrival without none raising the red flag until delivered.

Please, stop blaming NIPOST for everything. They have their shortcomings but can't be responsible for all issues surrounding undelivered packages.

We all have our responsibilities to make it/Nigeria better too. Some of us will receive later and won't say PIM. Some delivered despite no update on tracking, but will still seek refund.

Nigeria is what we make it to be.

Btos I take God beg you, don't even try to defend nipost. Let then fix themselves up. Defending nipost is like defending apc and buhari over the insecurity in Nigeria.

When I ordering items from aliexpress like as if I was buying pure water, I was using my box number and every of the item must arrive at nipost before any other thing. Unfortunately 60% of my item is always missing and not delivered but when speedaf came on board, from then till now, I have never lost one item. That was when I realised that nipost na ole them be.

Chat with AliExpress customer service representative and complain. they will refund back you money...... I was facing the same thing with Post office too, went there several time they said I should wait. after a month I lodge my complain to them and they resolve it within 10day I was refunded back

for GTB, make sure you have the naira equivalent of what you want to buy on your account balance then try again it should go through.

Tracking details does not indicate that the package left China. You might need to open a dispute.

"No logistics info" is the reply I get on speedaf tracking site.

Speedaf can't find my item, I was at their office myself, and they promised to deliver to my office when they find it but since Friday I haven't seen them

My item has been stuck here since 6th

Nipost no de try at all, if I knew they were the one handling AliExpress selection Shipping I won't have order the item

If you order anything from aliexpress, if the item didn't get to you, don't wait till the refund duration is over, just click the refund button before it elapses and get your refund back. No time to waste.

I've done that and it's successful, but, I noticed it's a disadvantage to the Seller/Store. After Refund was made, the Store contacted it's a loss as the phone was actually shipped.

I do imagine if someone actually stole the phone. Similar situation is when a TV Box was supposed to be delivered while I got a shirt.
