The CBN has said it came up with this policy to increase the use of digital financial transactions, which it believes Nigerians are not embracing despite efforts to encourage them.

Still looking to see the effort put in place by CBN to encourage the use of cashless system.
The same people that introduced stamp duty to electronic transfer. Can someone tell me the benefit/contribution of stamp duty/electronic fee to any transaction?

Simply open accounts in all the banks and you will get what you require daily. However the risk is on you.

That CBN policy is well thought and long delayed. Politicians have always being our problem. When in 2006, Soludo tried to introduce redenomination, politicians rejected it.

The political class needs to let us have a better country.

It is already what CBN say, but I thought there was a new trick to bypass the policy

You'll have to pay 5% charges if you want to withdraw above the 100k n 500k limit n also put down reason why you want to withdraw above the limit....not everyone can part with 5% of there hard earned money...

This is not possible. The BVN keeps track of all your account and once you reach the 20k daily limit, you cant withdraw from your other accounts domiciled in other banks

The restriction has not been targeted on individual BVN but account.

Even if done on BVN, which is very unlikely, Nigerians will always transfer to a different account just to withdraw
