Yea,, once you get to medical in screening process and no health issue, you've already secured the job, all other things being equal.
If people that did medical 15th Nov, received offers 15th Dec, then we that did ours 27 -29th Nov should expect offers around 27-29th Dec. I draw this conclusion from the previous offer interval.

This is very strange.. Cos I remember most of us waiting for offer letter did the same exam/interview/medicals in November/December and i didn’t get any mail..

I think there is a mix-up somewhere from the end of Workforce recruiters themselves. I don't think this mail will hamper your initial record with IHS whatsoever.
