hello... do we need our academics transcripts when applying for the visa too
Dharmie02:

No, it was not fast track. We paid 147.50 pounds. The transcript he used was collected by him 10years ago. I can't remember what he said he needed it for but it has school stamp. A separate letter was given to him to address the organisation then. So, he just used it like that.

No, you don't need that. My response was to the moniker who wants to apply for Ecctis. When applying for visa, you need proof of English. IELT/ OTE/ Ecctis depending on circumstances. I hope I answered your question.

Its february ooooo ...and no announcement of extension yet..
With the introduction of the teaching visa route that will start in the same february of 2023.... ..Extending care visa na 50/50...it might be a replacement move...no one can tell...

With them already complaining about to many nigerian immigrants....two routes to bring in more nigerians will be more problem for them

VISA ALERT UPDATE

For me and my wife (IT Skilled Worker Visa)

All glory goes to God.

Date of receipt of COS letter- 15th June

Visa Application for me (main applicant)- 15th June

Visa Application for wife (Dependant)- 16th June

Biometrics date for Main applicant- 21st June

Biometrics date for Dependant- 24th June

Application moved to DMC- 21st June
Application Received by DMC 21st June

Application moved to VAC 20th September for both Main applicant and Dependant
Application received from VAC and notification email 20th September for both Main applicant and Dependant

Passport pick up for both Main applicant and Dependant- 21 September.

This has taken 3 months. I was frustrated, made alot of paid calls and sent paid emails and even sent an official complaint, but it has ended in praise. God has been so faithful after the two refusals I got from Canada study permit applications and the crazy amount of money I lost in the Process ( I paid a canadian registered consultant 3000 dollars + huge bank charges). God came through, after all that stress, I have gotten my visas. I could have lost hope after losing all that money and going through the pain of refusal, it almost wrecked my marriage. But I kept pushing because I knew I deserved more, I knew I was meant for more. This is the story of A lawyer 13 years at the Bar who is transitioning into IT as a Business Analyst. It is the start of a new chapter. All I am trying to say is - don't give up on your dreams and when you fall, get up, dust your yourself off and try again. You only fail when you stop trying.

Documents submitted
Main applicant

COS Letter
Tuberculosis test result
UK Masters degree certificate (for proof of knowledge of English)
Police Criminal report for Nigeria and UK
Dollar Bank statement
Bank Letter
Previous UK travel stamps

Dependant
Main applicant COS letter
Main applicant dollar bank statement
Marriage certificate
Marriage pictures
Newspaper publication for change of name
Affidavit for change of name
Chat messages with me when we were dating

That's it folks. Wishing everyone on this journey the very best of luck. Cheers.

Hi everyone, please am sorry to derail the thread at this page 275.This guy's story is really heartwarming .In the course of trying to go though the entire thread from page 1 to the last page.I came across this qoute at page 225 and decided to give this very guy a thumbs up show this show of steadfastness and commitment. This buttresses the fact that nobody should ever give up in their dreams.
Why I am reacting to this quote is because I had a similar encounter with an RCIC in Canada.I contracted their services in 2013 Feb.
Total cost of their service fee was $3500
Paid them $2000 initial retainer fee that same year to bal $1500 after they have secured immigration visa either through PNP or Express Entry introduced in 2015.

This RCIC showed me hell for the period under review. They really frustrated me all through the time I engaged their services.I provided all the required documents some documents 2 times and some 3 times.

In fact to cut the long story short,Just today since 2013.I received an alert $750 out of the $2000 I paid them.I actually took up the matter with their regulatory' body.
Honestly,I filed a case against them and followed it up in 2016-17.
Abandoned the matter when it was tiring for me.
Around June this year I got an email from them.
Didn't have access to my email due to my phone and laptop was damaged.
Fixed the phone around mid month of August.

Then around 19 of Sept I reluctantly logged in to check my email.
Alas!!The RCIC had sent a bank wire form twice in June requesting for my bank details so that they refund me part of the money.

The story is too long I will stop here.
In all I am glad the refund landed today.
God is indeed great.

I can assist you on how you can go about retrieving a percentage of the money you spent with the RCIC.
The truth of the matter is that if you seek redress you will get it that's white people for you.

Cheers

Hello gurus,
My friend is an auxiliary nurse, she later went to a nursing school that is yet to be accredited but they issued them certificate of completion of program.

She is interested in the japa race, please what route do you think this certificate will be useful to her? Care giving or nursing. Is there any further certification that can be recommended? Note she has practical nursing experience.

@Uzland and co please kindly assist.

It's wise for any new person not to start the application now. And wait till February and if they did not extend it. Ireland is also starting there own careworker program next year February. So ,it's all good.

The doctors and nurses are also under the health care workers, does this affect them too? Or it’s just the care workers?

If differs.

Doctors, nurses and Social workers are professionals. Their certificates re verified to align with that of UK hence, they can work as health professionals. They also sit for exams to affirm their status.

Caregivers and health assistants are not professionals. You can study accounting and work in this sector. You learn on the job. You don't need exams to affirm your position not certificates converted to align with that of England.

Therefore, recruitment of professionals will forever be ongoing so far your certificate can align with theirs and pass related exams. The difference will be when their is change in policy.
