And the deals on there especially for the scuffed phones seems too good to be true. I don't know if anyone here has made any purchase from this account and can testify to he's trustworthiness

Obviously a scam. You can see most of the comments are same profiles on different posts asking same questions or replies. Let's not also talk about the Google sourced pictures he's using.

after then, like always you wont hear from him again, and he blocks you on whatsapp and instagram.
