No, you don't need that. My response was to the moniker who wants to apply for Ecctis. When applying for visa,you need proof of English. IELT/ OTE/ Ecctis depending on circumstances. I hope I answered your question.

It's wise for any new person not to start the application now. And wait till February and if they did not extend it. Ireland is also starting there own careworker program next year February. So ,it's all good.

Which companies are employing?
All the ones I've been applying for are saying they don't have the licence to sponsor overseas workers.

I have taken some paid Caregiving courses, obtained certificates and diplomas and also been undertaking training in a hospital.
What else do they want please?

Funny. You should have just ignored than to give me such response. With this ur response, you want someone to show you way? Thats why u didn't know how to search for the right employers with sponsorship license and how to approach them even when they say they dont have license to sponsor and their name is on the list, there are ways to approach them and get them to at least look at ur CV and schedule an interview with you. Anyway, I wanted to tell you to keep applying. If you have done 200 applications, make it 300 you might be lucky. I started the journey since last year with my sister's application via the nursing route... assisted her with 100+ applications till she got. She was the one that sensitized us to the care assistant route and we did 200+ applications, renewd pcc x3 and tb x2 till we finally got. So I was trying to tell you to keep applying and dont loose focus. If your waiting for ppl to post their employers here, well that might be very difficult. I actually got my sister's emplyer from this forum tho and I was grateful to the moniker that posted it (that is nurses route for you). But for care assistant route, its a lot difficult to get than the former because its not a professional job and ppl tend to flood them with applications etc hence the reason why they dont post their employers or post the wrong one. About employers that are employing, search for employers with sponsorship license and storm their websites one after the other with ur well built CV (chronological and with professional references).
That is the information I wanted to give you and maybe even more but not necessary. This is enough. I no sabi type plenty. Hope this will help you and others who haven't gotten to progress. It will end in praise.

I paid online since Thursday and downloaded the receipt, when I got to the man handling the fingerprint in Ibadan where I choose, he told me I have to wait till they message me either on phone or mail.. have been waiting since Thursday now and no message yet

It only take 24 hours for them to verify your payment and then you can do your biometrics. You may not get any mail or message from them. I didn't! And I did my biometrics two days after I made the online payment. Maybe you appreared too serious like someone that won't drop something for him before leaving. Sorry

You don't need this two as your supporting documents. You only need them after being offered the job!
Just keep on applying. You day will come. You will get lucky.

I did mine in Lagos, went to police station, paid 40k got it same day

He doesn’t need to drop anything. He was supposed to check their portal and just confirm if payment has dropped. I did mine at Alagbon in Lagos without paying a dime.
