Peter OBI held a town hall Interactive Session with Nigerian Students in Uyo. They asked him questions and he answered them directly. Not through proxies . He asked them not to allow people who are 80 years to determine their future . He told them that under his administration when he wins , ASUU will not go on strike . funshint: That's because they wanted to be paid what their federal colleagues were paid. Peter Obi told them that Anambra State couldn't afford it. They angrily went on strike. After a while, the two parties met and agreed on a new payment structure (with a pay rise not equal to that of federal workers) and the striking workers returned to work.
