I was fighting for student rights now.

I entered wahala when my tenure as President ended. There was protest in my finals when the school introduced no school fees, no test policy. We mobilized and began protest. We were suppose to start test that morning, we refused to enter the hall and chased out those that entered. That's how my HoD says I pushed and almost slapped him when I didnt even go near him. That was the beginning of my travails.

At times the school management sef is the problem; the Senate and the rest of the management will take a grandstand over a trivial issue like extending closure date for fees payment and registration.

Then the SUG backed by normal students, cultists, indigenes and even photographers (who are mostly ex-students that didn't make good grades and stayed back on campus to hustle) will want to teach them a lesson that power resides in the people and not the management. Wahala go start.

Maybe it was the way our school was structured. I and my "accomplices" faced one at our campus, we faced another at the main campus and the last one back at our campus when the main campus disciplinary committee send us back to our campus for actions and recommendations.

Thankfully our HoD and Dean were both Pastors. We started begging and prostrating anywhere we saw them, we even went to their churches to worship and prostrate join.

Our HoD who had sworn that I will not graduate was the one that wrote letter of recommendation of good behavior that later saved me from rustication.

I learnt the hard way say those lecturers and their caucus, if u offend one(knowingly or unknowingly) the rest of them will frustrate Ur academic and emotional life.
