Good afternoon good people, wishing you all seasons' greetings. What is the projections for Scoa and RT Briscoe stocks? I will do my due research but only need expositions from those with knowledge of the stocks.

Thanks

The once darling of IMF and World Bank.

Liquidity crisis and subsequent failures of critical sectors could ensue if this gets out of hand in Ghana.

Since you picked these two companies I assume that you like or understand the economics of those businesses:

85 kobo is probably cheap for SCOA on a statistical basis, but it is an illiquid kobo stock so you won't be able to get many shares without affecting the price.

RT briscoe faces the same liquidity issue and they have also lost money every year since 2017 and they have N18 billion in short term borrowings against around N3bn current assets (N9bn total assets).

Just my view from a quick glance so make sure to do your research maybe they have something else going on

To start ask yourself some of this questions
1. Why do I want to invest
2. What do I want to achieve
3. Can I take risk
4. Do I want to make money very quick or do I have ability to wait and get it slow and steady
5. What does investment actually mean to me
6. I'm I ready to learn by reading and experience
7. Can I control my emotions enough to still be cool headed if I lose all my investment or I made a gain of say 100% or more

Answer the questions objectively and
that will lead you to the next step of reading materials on investment, including posts on this thread and asking relevant questions.

Remember investment is a culture that one builds over time it's not a one-off thing.

Though it's the same group, the Asset management arm is different.

However, please chat me up with my contact number to see how I can help.
Thank you.

These people have started again. I hope we won't have to start filling forms that we've done before. Still having issues finding some 'shareholder account numbers' for e-dividend mandate
You don't need shareholder's account number to fill E-Dividend Activation Form again.
Only tick the Coys in the column.

How does Nestle return the highest ROE in NSE this 2022?? From the high of N1556 in January to the low of N980 in Dec (as at 20/12)??
** Dividend of N50.50 paid so far.......2021 final & 2022 interim....
** Thought ROE measures how much shareholders earn from their investment in the Coy.
** Na just question o. smiley

But you know ROE is fundamental analysis from the financial reports.
Stock prices no allow you see road again

Any that is not news. Nestle has been top of NSE for more than 10yesrs in terms of ROE. Na only GTB/AFRIPRUD/UCAP dragged the position at some point but I think they've all dropped off

What about ROIC? For all I know they may have used a lot of debt to finance their businesses. What is their debt-to-equity ratio like?

The challenge for fundamental analysts is the number of parameters they consider.

ROE/ROIC/DEBT plus more are all parameters worth considering - Horses for courses.

The award for NESTLE was specifically for ROE.
