I have a question, my first semester as MSC students due to some mistakes I got 6 Carry covers, I corrected all with A and B in the next semester, now that I am completing program expecting to graduate I came into a situation where all the F that I cleared are still reflecting in a CGPA, I thought my CGPA is 4.1 but I realized it has dropped below 3 because of the F's in my first semester.

1. F grades are included and cannot be replaced even after clearing it in another semester.
2. I have the required minimum credit required of more thirty(30).
3. Only two elective courses remaining and I don't think they can boost the GP.

What's your take @all

Yes, Fs affect your overall grade (CGPA).
Yes, minimum requirements is 3.0 for PG programmes
What's your current CGPA?
If it's very very close to 3.0, you could be considered. Remember, this consideration is like a man convicted for murder being granted amnesty. You don't have right there at all, just at the mercy of your department.

Are you a student awaiting graduation? If YES;
What kind of mistake? Spelling error or missing middle name or surname was used as first name etc?
If it's a missing middle name, when graduation list is out, you will be required to provide a third name. Moreso, u cannot use an initial in your certificate. You will be given time to provide these information before convocation

SCHOOL FEES REVIEW

Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Gipre(m): 7:00pm On Dec 22, 2022
I was about coming here to ask about School fees in NOUN cos I heard after paying school fees, students pay additional money again to register each course. Na wa o.

Looking at the breakdown above, I can't agree more.

I thought this NOUN is cheap but I guess it is not as cheap as I thought.

I wanted to do my Post Graduate at Unilag (My Alma Mater) but form have closed till May next year if not thats where my mind is

I'm just thinking becos this NOUN school get as e be o. I feel the school is juts a Money Making Scheme for the government of Nigeria.

Before person go finish him course, someone might spend close to 500K if not more.
