I emailed nipost and they said it was sent to my Local delivery center on 6th

Till now no call to come and collect it

This thing has been like this since on the 1st of December. And it's 20 days now. Still waiting for refund. Is there anything I can do?

AliExpress has asked me to contact alipay.

It doesn't matter how careful and selective you are about shippers, majority of mobile phones(expecially new ones) are shipped through 'Aliexpress Standard shipping', which would eventually be handled by 'Singapore Post'(their major logistics company dedicated for such purposes). So take note.

Contact seller and find out if he will be shipping out of Hong Kong or mainland China. Mainland is handled by Speedaf while Hong Kong packages are handled by SingPost and PostNL.
