For some personal reasons May is not favorable, if I don’t get it this year I will have to defer to September 2023.

What can I do to get a response from ircc soonest

Nothing, actually.
Even if we say you should send emails and webforms, IRCC has a different mind. But try sending emails and webforms

What help do you need?

The challenge is that I contacted the agent as advised, but the guy is asking for my fx card details so he can proceed to make payments. Details like card pan, Security, expiry date etc. I’m not comfortable sharing those details. Is there a way I can apply myself?

Please I need assistance.

I'm about paying a deposit of 1500cad for Conestoga college.

But I need to know how much I need to have in my account as POF.

After paying the deposit, I'm going to be left with ₦10.5m + foreign stocks worth 3k usd.

Conestoga fees per annum is roughly 18,000cad and I'm expected to pay a full semester fee of about 8k before resumption. Add that to the living expenses (not sure of the exact amount but I'm thinking 10k).

My question is how much minimum would suffice for POF?

How much loan did you opted out from your loan company?

Sorry guys

I have been busy
Applied august 9th
Upfront med passed oct 19
Eligibility never started
Background never started
Bvl December 1st
Another bvl 19 dec
Followed by ppr 19th dec

Didn’t submit much documents
Just few I even use phone to snap the documents sef didn’t really took the
application serious coz my bank account balance just around 2.9m was nothing to write home about but I got home ties. I don’t leave money in my account coz I have uncompleted house projects which I am still spending on.

I invested all my money so I don’t have to work another day to survive due to nigeria situation.I have properties worth over 95m all are houses not land. 5 houses 6 purchased condos 15 tenants Most of the houses documents aren’t ready due to government approval delays but I have stamp duty and land receipts deeds and ratification . I have a company aswell and a farm and also shares in mtn and other companies.

I took Mpower loan and the bank statement only as POF

Then I attached all the investment documents tenancy agreement my company and farm documents and LOA . Total about 12 documents to proof to those dudes that I am blessed already even with low account balance.

I just returned from Europe aswell

Goodluck to those still waiting

Sorry for the late response

My cousin bro in the U.S did everything, I honestly didn't know how he did he it. But I think he has used their services before. So he did the whole stuff which I really don't know what to explain here. So I won't mislead you. Sorry about that.

Btw, I think u can also check other loan companies as well so you won't have to put all your eggs in one basket

@mizchoco
Please since you used Sallie Mae help me out on how to go about it.

Please I have been trying to apply for student loan from this organization. I'm not a US citizen neither do I have a parmanent resident permit. But I have someone in US that can act as my cosigner. Now my question is this..
When filling it they asked me to put a US address which I don't have, please how do I go about it.?

Should my cosigner act as me and fill the entire application form.?
How did you do yours.. Please I really need your response. Thank you.

Tuition fee : $36,000 ($18,000 x 2 years)
Living Expenses: $20,000 ($10,000 x 2 years)
Miscellaneous Expenses: $3000.
Total : $59,000 (NGN 20,119,000 @ $1/341)

Do not be scared by the calculation up there. There have been people who showed minimum expenses for 1 year with undoubtable explanations of how they would pay for the second year with sufficient evidence and got visa approval: but from experience, this is difficult for Nigerians.

With high probability, your fund will not be sufficient except you do well in proving how you will cater for the second year expenses.

Bobomaigida:

Sorry about the refusal, while you have to apply for CBSA notes, to know the exact reason, the purpose of visit refusal reason is tied to your career progression as well as the course you you have enrolled for.

1. Does the programme align with your job experience and first degree?
2. Do you have GCSM notes for the first application? if Yes, why was it refused?
Your answers can help to throw more light on the situation.

Thank you @ Bobomaigida

1) The course im going for is PSW, I studied Business Administration in first amd second degree, i work in a TV station as a producer, but im producing a health program (healthy Living) i have recommendation from my office on the program and I have one year voluntary work with Lagos State general hospital which they gave me a letter to back it up.

2) The first refusal was on personal asset and financial status which I tried in my own way to tackle, i paid more than halve of the school fees and still have over 5m in my account, I have like 3m in my pension fund account.

Thank you.

Sorry about the refusal, AbionaT.

You stated sometimes in November that your admission at NBCC was cancelled.

Questions:

1. Did you secure another admission with another DLI?
2. If yes, did you send the new LOA to IRCC via webform?
3. If you answer YES to question 2, was the new LOA acknowledged by IRCC?

Stay strong, it will end in praise.

Thank you @ cornOak

I later apply to NBCC for winter 2023
But I have not receive the LOA yet,
I didn't send any LOA to IRCC, just waiting for NBCC so that I can update IRCC with NBCC LOA.
