2. Add the Birth certificate and other documents (hospital letter, school letter and receipts/invoices of bills paid on your little ones behalf) that you had submitted previously

3. Does the court order give him visiting rights? Can you add a consent letter from the father with his ID?

4. How old is your little one? Have you attempted to make any childcare arrangements and can you include such evidence in your cover letter and as part of documents you submit?

It wasn't written anywhere in the order if he has visiting rights or not. I will include all previously uploaded documents and a detailed cover letter as well.

My little one is 5 years old and has been with me all her life. The father consented to her travelling with me and we have a letter signed by him.

Yes she has been admitted into reception year in UK

just prove to the officer you are the only parent and provide documents to prove you are travelling with your child.

Form A payment is getting increasingly difficult. I need to pay 9000 pounds as deposit but Unity bank is saying maximum amount is 6000 pounds, so they would have to do payment twice, 6k, then 3k pounds. And it might take a minimum of 8 weeks for a transfer.

Same here , but I keep hearing , University of Derby often disappoints by withdrawing cas and admission Offer. “They issue you an unconditional offer and after payment of your school fees, they still revoke the admission and take a while before they refund you. Don't bother going to Derby because they already have a back-log of candidates awaiting CAS.”

Please a quick question.. I’ve not done change of name but in my daughter’s birth certificate, I used my husband’s surname in the space of mother’s full names..all my documents including my passport is carrying my father’s surname
Please will it be a problem when applying for my daughter’s visa? Although I have my marriage certificate ..

Wondering why you used a different surname when you haven't done a change of name and no other official document bears that name

We should try to be consistent and keep things simple, your maiden name on your daughter's birth certificate should have been just fine.

Back to your question please submit both birth and marriage certificate in her application,you can include a cover letter to explain both names and why you have included your marriage certificate.

Just explain your personal circumstances to your Uni, if they can't extend your resumption date, they might ask you to join the next session ( May or September)
