The amazing part of it is that, he is not even a musclar person, he is a slim guy. Omo, dis guy go river fetch two 30Litres of water with him 2 hands carry fill like 4 to 5 drums or more. And the distance from the river to their house is a bit far. This guy go carry this water climb stairs and fill the drums.

If I'm getting paid for a job, I'll be at my best, strength or no strength. Nigga had bills to pay so he got to work hard though I prefer to work smart instead. I've delivered on a large building project under 3months just because I was promised a massive one if I delivered on time. I literally slept at the site until it was done and dusted. On a normal day, I don't work like that but I had to because I needed the dough.

You haven't met stone crushers in quarry sites in Ebonyi state. Whenever I go to the village I usually go and watch them. Those guys would use Dynamite to blast the pit, bring out the big rocks and crush them from morning till night with big hammers until they take the shape of gravel. Then use shovel to load the gravel inside tipper.

When I heard that their pay was 2k per day I almost wept.

Heaven knows I'd rather starve than do that kind of job.

It's their lifestyle so they're used to it, unlike we city people that are used to paying people to do things for us. So any small labour work we do, body go tell us.
