Don't blame the people OP. The system was put in place by the British when people were ignorant. The whiteman is merely using political leaders of Africa to enslave Africans and it's hard to fight the status quo. Your prayer should be that the oil finishes very soon and that your people's human resources are developed to fend for themselves without need for allocation.
Those that fought the status quo didn't succeed. The civil war is an example. Ogoni uprising which took the head of Saro Wiwa is another.

All the past and present governors of Bayelsa and delta states, non of them perform better than any governor of rivers and Akwaibom

OP stop making this unnecessary thread. We have 3 tiers of government... FEDERAL...STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT... This tiers of government share funds among themselves. We are suppose to feel the presence of each tiers of government in our state... lets assume their is no federal presence in SS States... Are you feeling that of state?... Lets assume FG is totally useless....but you state government still receives huge funds from the FG...Please tell us what they do with such funds?
