Good morning house. I wrote IELTS this year and I'm currently in the pool with a CRS of 471. With the current ITA scores it's not really looking favorable for me.
Please I'd like to ask some questions.
1.Which other means can I use to get ITA, I really don't know about PNP.
2. If I decide to write the French exam to boost my scores, how many months will it take me to be ready for the exam? Is there any website/app that I can use for self learning towards the French exams?

Genuine answers will be appreciated. Thank you

1. PHD or provincial
2. 7- 14 months depending on you and your tutor.

Hi guys

Please I applied for visiting visa for my parents since 2020 to come for my convocation, but we didn’t hear anything until last week when we got PPR for both of them.
My challenge now is that their passport will expire by June 2023 and all efforts to get new passport now will take up to a month which will exceed the 1 month deadline to submit their passports.
Please what should I do now? Although I’m already negotiating with some people but the quickest date I was given will be after the IRCC validity date to submit the passport.

I’m so confused, please help me

Pasting this quote from the FAQs… “Our processing times are historical, meaning they’re measured based on how long it took to process 80% of applications in the past“.

Your post scared me initially because it seemed to imply that this is reflective of current processing times. It’s purely historical and we don’t know how many years average they took for that 29 months. It could be last 3 years in which case COVID would have impacted that. They’ve been doing their 6 months this year based on testimonies we’ve seen here and on other platforms.

41401 is the NOC code that matches my first degree and job description. But someone just told me SINP won’t accept my application because the employment requirements states masters and my masters isn’t ready yet.
Is that true please? I got an ITA already

Based on my view, you must have stated you had Masters during your application, for SINP to send you invitation to apply or you knew about the requirements and thought your Msc would have been ready before getting ITA. And now, you say it's not yet ready, which is appearing like you lied. SINP can be very strict but submit and send a LOE if there's a placeholder or space for it.

Thank you for your response. But you don’t just assume. I didn’t claim point for masters. I didn’t know the requirements stated on NOC was important, I was misinformed reason I went ahead with the NOC. I haven’t submitted my application yet though

seem you are new here, what matters is that your job matched the code, not the course you studied or whether you have masters, if what you are doing presently matches the code and it is what you wrote before the ITA,go ahead and get the reference.

I need help with IELTs exam

I used the sample questions on the British Council portal to practice. I also watched some YouTube videos on exam techniques. That was sufficient for me and my husband. Try those practice exercises so you’ll know what areas you’re weak in and then practice, practice, practice.

Please guys, for those that got jobs from naija before moving, how did you handle the work experience part in your resume especially if you were still working till date? bearing in mind that we need to hide the fact that we are still in naija.
