He even said Ekong has the passing range

I don't know if its the ekong that sells Ghana buns on my street that he is talking about or another ekong
Ekong is actually decent with long range passes.

But play as a DM. Fouls and calamity

It's more than likely a 3-man backline for Watford. Ekong won't be playing DM.

3-man backline is kind of the best setup I've seen Ekong in

If anybody tell me say henderson sabi play, I go enter that person

Hope Liverpool fans are beginning to see what I have been saying about the dude. He has never added anything to the team

He just runs around the pitch doing nothing of note. Did same at the world cup

I am probably the only Liverpool fan that sees him for who he is. An overrated midfielder who got lucky playing in the klopp era. The guy is utterly useless

Guy you no dey tire! That was before the match. On tweeter na DM dem write.
Whoscored put at CB in a 532. I know so rest!
He played CB and was awlful.
TheSuperNerd:

Fraud... can you see your life? Ekong as DM? There are 3 CBs listed, 2 Fullbacks and two natural central midfielders in TDB and Bacuna. It didn't occur to you that this is a 3 man backline set-up for Watford?

Yaser Asprilla and Ismaila Sarr will be the attacking support cast to Davis up top.

Instead of you to cool down and analyse things, all you do is quickly jump in and rap without calm plus give lineup tots based on ordinary lineup arrangements that wasn't positionally well constructed.

Now you have further cemented your fraud tag. Well done, Talkative. grin

You don't know. You didn't know. If not you won't state the nonsense you stated.

Where on twitter dem write DM for Ekong? Show us the football stats site/outfit that stated such.

Even on Whoscored and Sofascore before the Match, they put Ekong at CB.

Cover your face in shame bruv.

So former NBA player Kendrick Perkins kind of jokingly accused Serge Ibaka of lying about his age and Serge definitely didn't take the joke at all. He went off on a scathing social media rampage straight up putting Kendrick in check. Big Perk later said it was a joke but the damage is surely done. I totally understand Ibaka's harshness cos if people start believing he is older than he says, he won't be in the NBA next season.

I know this doesn't involve a Naija baller but the age aspect made me think of this thread.

Kelechi Iheanacho sits among the Top Big Chances Finishers in the EPL since 2010/2011 season. Crazy.

So much for being a top quality finisher yet can't even get games regularly at Leicester anymore. There is still quality in Iheanacho but what good is it if he doesn't play? Smh.

NB: This Data includes players with at least 50 big chances.

Unrelated topic to your discourse, to promote our league, I THINK a lot of investments need to go in
1) a lot of marketing on tv and social media, perhaps engaging social media influencers like you and others
2) the gates should be thrown open for a couple of months
3) could we consider using our popular musicians to promote the games, eg, Shooting Stars vs. Akwa, have a popular musician perform before the game, during half time and maybe after the game
4) ensure there is adequate security
These will cost a ton but bu hopefully help to revive interest and bring fans to the stadium.

I've met a few that are just interested in making money by hook and crook and there training programme and development to be honest quite poor.
I don't think this in anyway related to my post. Its a giveaway to individuals not academies.

I know, attempts have been made to throw the gates open with no real changes. The idea of bringing A list artists looks very good, people paid 70k to watch Asake while standing if you give them the offer of paying 1 or 2k to watch him and also watch a football game while sitting i think it should be a full stadium

The World Cup happens every 4 years that should not be a priority. He can't play more than 2 World Cups. USA missed 2018 WC almost missed this one. The Super Eagles has a better chance of making it to the World Cup and obviously has a better team!

The USA is ranked 13 and Nigeria is ranked 35.

You are very objective and brutally correct.

There is nothing to downplay.

Players who are essentially anonymous and or unable to cut it in the Premier League go to the French league and rip it up.

They are simply not the same standard.
