When you ask them to sell dollar for you to fund domicillary account, they will decline and tell you they don't sell. They will now pack the dollars give their agents ( aboki exchanger ) and direct you to go and buy from them at an unofficial rate of #700 + per dollar. It will never be well with those bankers,and those that are making life miserable for common people
