Dear, Gurus,

Is there any harm in ordering CBSA notes? My application has been pending since early October 2022 and I intend to confirm that all is okay.

Advise pls.

Also, how to proceed with the request.

Applying alone is recommended when home ties are not strong, but it seems you have enough ties and funds to apply with your family. Having said that, you can easily mar your application if you don’t consider certain factors like the program’s duration and family size. For example, for a one-year program, I don’t recommend you apply for a family of 7 as it could raise the issue of your intention to return after your studies. Why incur so many expenses to travel with all your family members for a 1-year program?Although it has worked for some people, I don’t advise it.
On the other hand, if you are going for a two-year program, the funds are barely enough to cover your accompanying dependents' living expenses and tuition fees. So, it's about how you present your asset that generates revenue, your spouse’s plan etc. You can also consider applying with only the kids.

Yes, your salary is okay; you are going for a program that will broaden your industry knowledge and skills and possibly increase your earnings.

Thank you Boss. Please incase of Visa denial, is the 1500 CAD conestoga college Tuition deposit fee refundable?

.
In case of visa denial you will be refunded $1300. As Long as you request for a refund before the start of your program. Request for refund will be done via your account with Conestoga student portal and note that you will also need to upload a copy of the visa rejection letter.

I told you 10 days ago that it will drop. Seems the reason for your long delay after bvl was because your application was still new . Mine was submitted on August 9th and meant to resume this December .i later deferred till March.

How did you add your spouse to your application did you make fresh application for her or you use new portal and filled that she is accompanying you. I have someone who wants to submit but has a baby and a wife . He is thinking of making separate application for them

Thank you my sister my application was July 15 o, well the agent submitted both application together on the Old portal and filled she is accompanying me. I think the person with wife and baby can apply together on one single application on the old portal

Hello family I want to appreciate everyone o, My application was just approved as well as my spouse. I want to use this medium to appreciate bollybeejay of PG BAY international consultancy. I am coming back for timeline. I'm shaking after 25 days of correspondence letter

Long Post alert, I had been so busy enjoying the festive season but I promised I will drop my testimony

Sometimes last year I was going through all resources I needed to apply for study permit, I knew with the nature of my Job I will be too busy to submit anything myself so I wanted to use an agent, but the problem was getting the right one , I love to read and make research a lot so I know everything about the process I only needed an agent because I'm a busy person, so if agent wan scam me I already know everything,so the search for agent began, someone told me about nairaland the very first agent I saw was bollybeejay I didn't bother to read reviews or prior messages so I contacted him via the email address he dropped on nairaland , I paid him for his service and went about my business , some few weeks later I came back to nairaland and noticed there was a controversy over this particular person, I was very very afraid I had to call him to refund my money giving several excuses, he told me the money paid is not refundable as he had already commenced the services I got very very worried and I felt I have been scammed but I was patient to see where everything will land afterall he still picks calls and updates me about my application, He got admission and got back to me and I was more relieved and convinced, after the admission process on July 15 2022 he commenced with the visa application, I wanted to go alone and bring my spouse later but he insisted we submit together, I had to pay him for the submission of my spouse application with mine, I was wowed by his humility and understanding contrary to what I read online about him.
To cut the long story short application was submitted and the long wait started ircc tested my patience by dropping correspondence letter on the 5th of December. I sent several webforms and emails to no avail but to the glory of God I got my PPR yesterday

Timeline goes thus
Submission July 15
Medical request November 1
Medical done November 16 due to no availability of date by IOM
Medical passed November 30
Bvl december 5
Another bvl december 30
Love letter PPR December 30
They decided to give my family a wonderful new year gift

Submitted documents
Bsc results and transcript
Employment letters for me and my spouse
Leave letters for me and my spouse
CAC certificate of all my businesses
Birth certificates
Pictures of me and spouse
My ACCOUNT statement 18M
Tuition deposit of 8k CAD paid tuition is 16k CAD
My wife's statement of account: she had just 800k in her account but with large turnout of transactions
Landed property survey precisely for a land that belongs to both me and my spouse
My property valuation documents
My salary account statement

For those waiting I pray you receive good news and for those with PPR Canada will favor all of us and for those who are refused keep trying and keep researching, do not give up. God will help us all. I can't believe this I've been so happy since yesterday.

Hello please I had my medical on April 27and was requested to do a follow up test (sputum collection) the results came out July 27,2022 and I had another x-ray .
I then received a refusal letter by August. The question I have now is that my medical was updated to passed on 23 Dec,2022. And I have derfered my admission to September 2023, So will I need to go for another medical since it will expire before my resumption date.
Am concerned because of it took so long to get my medical update.

happy new year all, please i made a mistake by submitting my personal bank account statement alongside my sop and personal stuffs, i submitted it on the space meant for personal information, but I submitted my sponsors proof of funds on the area meant for proof of means of sponsorship.
Does this matter or I should resend my personal account statement via webform?

Hi, can I use my brother as part of my sponsor? He is on a skilled work visa UK working in a care home.

I'm not truly sure only my mom is a convincing sponsor since she is a lecturer although I have 1year tuition for Simon Fraser University.

Lastly, will paying 1yr tuition upfront before applying help with the visa process?

Book online and get it done, then add it along with your other docs while applying for visa.

That's what upfront medicals means
I have submitted my application..

Hi MB, you are to submit ALL the documents you earlier submitted, if you have updated docs please send too, like statement of accounts. It is possible (this is me speculating) that you file cannot be readily accessed by IRCC. So, send all the documents again.

All the best.

You can add your brother as co sponsor. it does not harm your application; just ensure you are able to explain his sponsorship in your SOP. Paying tuition also shows that you have capacity, but are you going for a graduate programme?

Hi Donbigi, this is relative question, what you consider cheap might be very expensive for me, what I will advise is that you search on Google or reach out to Bullstriker here, who has extensive experience in getting schools that might suit your interests.
