Happy new year to all… Please I need you guys advise and direction on this…. My first study visa application was handled by an agent, truly proof of funds was an issue because my mum who happened to be my sponsor does not have a statement which is capable to bear the financial burden. At that time I had an approved MPower loan of 30k Usd but the agent refused to use the loan and instead sourced for a fixed deposit certificate of about 85k Cad on behalf of my mum for the purpose of prove of funds. Unfortunately the application got refused by the IRCC due to financial status and assets. Now I had to defer my admission to fall 2023 because I want to apply again but I’m so confused how to go about it. All I have available as proof of funds is the Mpower loan and also I have paid a semester fee of about 10CAD, then I would source for like 5million naira to be transferred to my account as for living expenses.. Also as I won’t be using the agent any longer, he has refused to release the SOP he used for my first application. Some people I asked said using a fixed deposit certificate at first and now going for a loan is a red flag but only if I have a good explanation for that on my LOE…. Please I would appreciate any idea on how to go about this .. |

With 8mil in my account and a transfer of 7mil to my account by my co-sponsor who happens to be my immediate brother .That’s a total of 15m in my account and I also submitted my bro coy acct of 10m available bal. He runs a printing biz and registered it as venture so he’s sole signatory to the coy account and I also present a bank ref letter as to that . He did affidavit of support for me , also wrote letter of sponsorship and letter of introduction showing that I work for him and I would be absorbed back to his company once I’m done with my studies. I also submitted my employment letter, payslip and gift deed of landed property from dad. I didn’t pay any tuition deposit tho cos the deadline is still far to come. I only paid $500 part of the tuition that serves as acceptance deposit . My tuition is $13000, room and board 6500 ircc said insufficient financial asset. Attached is the screenshot of the VO’s note on d gcms note I ordered. Gurus in the house how can I tackle this reason cos I planned to reapply in March?

Good evening, which airline did you eventually use? I've been trying to look for affordable airlines from 10-16 January they're all going through USA and you need to have a Us visa for that. Timonline: |
