My sister just paid her fees and will send the telex to the school as soon as its out.

My questions are:

1. How long does it take for COE to come out after proof of payment is summited? The school is QUT.

2. How much is needed for POF? Outstanding fees is about 18,000 AUD.

3. We processed the admission via an agent. Is it essential that we use the agent to process the visa? Or we can collect the COE from the agent and process the visa ourselves?

4. How many months statement is needed for POF? And must the minimum amount be maintained throughout the period, or the embassy just wants to see a transacting account?

5. How long before a statement for POF get stale? The account for POF had about 16m up till yesterday when school fees of about 6m was debited. Can we print statement up to the day before the debit and use it assuming we are applying for the visa 2 weeks from today?

I am graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Brighton, UK. I am currently working as an Instrumentation Engineer with over 6yrs of experience.

I want to study a course in Instrumentation Engineering or any related discipline. I have few questions I will need the house to help me answer.

1) Which good schools offer the mentioned course?
2) Is English test needed as one of the requirements for application, if yes, what is the required band?

UBA takes approximately 2months. And it is wise to use form A(money wise)
You can defer your admission if you have not enrolled and wait till you're debited.

I can't give you a comprehensive list but I know that RMIT do request for SOA lately for some courses before issuing eCOE and case officers still ask for same while Deakin do waive SOA for certain courses and you don't have to provide it while applying for visa.

SOA is a requirement for GTE assessment in almost all schools.. But for visa if your sch is al1 is not a requirement, it is only in rare cases that the CO might request for it.

Deakin doesn't even require SOA for GTE in some courses
No need to drag this, I passed through the phase and I know a lot of ppl that recently pass through the phase including my brother in law.

I would advise tou to book hotel reservations for 2/3 days or school accommodation for a week then when you enter, you'd meet people to share with
