You don't neccessarily need to register in a gym to keep fit. I advise you set up your home gym pending when you get to register in a gym. There are salient advantages that come with having a home gym. My brother runs a gym although i go there to train but i still love my home gym. The serenity of the environment,no distraction, with the trees giving you shed from the burning sun. The feeling is indeed euphoric.

Good people of nairaland help out please. I'm looking for a gym located here in Egbeda that is nice, have good equipment, affordable etc.
I really need to start working out because for the past couple of months I've been living a very relaxed life which is making me to add weight.
I sometimes do jumping jacks, abs exercises and stretching in my room but I need aerobics exercise and jogging.
Jogging in the street is no options for me because I'm a shy person and I will feel awkward doing it. Perhaps if I have a jogging partner it will be better, but I don't, so gym is my only option right now.
Please guy let me of any gym in Egbeda.
