POF can be transferred to you, please keep the evidence for this.Because it is a large sum, I assume she might need to go the bank for it, any form she fills keep a copy, the narration should carry your name and maybe school fees and maintenance funds tag so it's clear it came from her.Just incase it is asked at POE

Processing form A from either account is your decision,there might be additional documents to support it being done from her account perhaps birth certificate,please confirm with the bank so they can advise appropriately

You have a work restrictions of 20hrs per week during term time and fulltime during holidays only

You can do a quick Google search using worse case scenario (minimum wage) and do the maths, coupled with your expenses

In my experience that is unrealistic.

I started working in my husband’s company full time in December and We are both applying for visa later in the year me as the main applicant and him as my dependent.

My question is this, will I have issues when submitting proof of employment during visa application because my husband owns the company?

This is from my own experience.

I called on Tuesday. I was told same thing you were told. No email was sent after the call.

I received a mail from the escalation team today, that a decision has been made on my application. On the TLS tracker it currently shows that my application has been transferred to VAC.

Aside my own experience, I observed something from the experience of others on this platform. I observed that it takes about 4 working days from the day of call or paid mail to get a feedback from the escalation team.

I could be wrong tho. But I observed that pattern. So I was optimistic I would get a feed back today, lo and behold I got the mail today.

Thank you for this after the escalation I just got a mail from ukvi escalation that a decision has been made but am yet to receive a collection mail whilst tracking it’s still at DMC it hasn’t moved at all….How long more should I wait ?

University of Aberdeen requires NO deposit before CAS but you are required to pay at least 50% on enrollment. You also have to show POF containing the complete tuition + living expenses. This is not the case with RGU

Enrollment - you must pay 50% before you can start school or register your courses

I Also applied to Northumbria May intake. but, I have not gotten any decision yet from them. Maybe because I applied late anyway. I applied December 20th.

MA got BRP mail yesterday and his application has moved to VAC as well as dependents but no BRP mail for dependents.
