Dear Candidates, Employers consider several factors when deciding to hire you. That you and the recruiter were laughing all through the interview is not enough, or that you feel you answered all the questions is not enough to be hired. Sometimes it is not because you are the best during interviews, neither is it just your experience. Stop beating up yourself because you were not selected, you need to understand that a lot of factors go into making a final decision to hire a candidate. A lot of candidates reach out to me to say they did excellently during the interview but they got a rejection mail, why would the hiring company do that? One thing you must understand in 2023 is a change of mindset, a great interview does not equal getting hired. Factors Employers consider before making a final decision: �Proximity to Office Location �Salary Negotiation �Teachability �Charisma & Poise �Intonation & Pronunciation of words �Cultural Fitness �Confidence Level �Digital Literacy �Emotional intelligence �Self Management �Open Mindedness. � Critical Thinking �Good Body Hygiene Sometimes you feel you had a great interview but lack some of the factors listed above, this could lead to a shortfall.
