Pls house, what exactly is wrong after 2 paid calls and 1 paid email I was told decision as been made on my visa application since 19th of December. No BRP mail no refusal mail no collection mail.. Biometrics done 7th December (standard) interview 16th of December and yet no reasonable communication from UKVI and almost everyone that did Biometrics around first week of December got there Visas even there dependant already got. Pls anyone going through same should please let me know what's thier current status . Thanks

3.Late resumption will differ with Uni's,you have to contact your Uni to discuss this and explain the delays you are encountering

My dependants got their BRPs on the 18th Dec, decision made on 13th Dec, Bio done on 8th Dec. It has passed 15 working days post Bio and 10working days post BRP receipt.

Paid mail on 30th Dec, paid call on 4th Jan.
Till now no passport, no mail, still at DMC.

What do we do Any advice?

I intend to send a notice of late arrival to Bournemouth University via an online form. The course start date is 23rd January 2023, and the earliest time I can apply for the visa is 16th of January (due to PoF).

Does anyone have an idea of the maximum period that can be given for delayed arrival? And will the timeline of the visa application affect the decision in any way? And do I notify the school of late arrival before or after visa application?

I need help.

Extending your latest date of arrival is up to your school. Each school is different - some might extend if they feel that you can catch up but most won't especially if the class would have started the 1 or 2nd major module because they feel that it would be a struggle for the student to catch up.

I did my bio yesterday priority..I want to apply for dependent for my wife.on the his portal it is asking for my visa expiry date and but it is still in process...also on the defendants his page..it asked for main applicant visa route and visa type..if I click pbs tier4 it doesn't bring any option to select for visa type...thank you for helping in advance

Hello with your MTN call this no 012770780 its the BHC lagos no and follow the instructions it will take u to the paid call. I was able to do this yesterday.

Put your course ending date,I mean the one you have on your cas

Your visa expiry date should be your course end date on CAS since you haven't been granted a Visa.

I do not have IELTS and I don't intend to write thats why I am asking if waec is not used for admission if the embassy will want IELTS used

The concept of priority is to reduce the decision waiting time from a standard 15working days to an average of 5working days but this is not always the case.

There could be more delays if the ECO needs more time to assess your application or request for additional documents

In September 2013 I applied for a Canadian student visa but got refused based on insufficient funds but then there’s nothing like biometric, just submission at vfs center and the refusal letter even came written with a pen. Will this have an effect on my visa application since I can’t find the refusal letter and can’t remember the date anymore?

NSF mail -20th
Till now no response.
So you can see a typical example

Don't!!! Wait for the school's decision before you make any payment and read up on their refund policy. You'd need correspondence/ invoice from the school as one of the documents for your Form A. What happens if you go ahead without that and form A goes through but you don't get an unconditional offer from the school? Or what if the school decides that you're not a good fit for the course?

Once you've identified that the timeline might not be met in relation to your latest date of arrival which is ideally now.

Try using Glo, it connects quite easily.

Seems they've been having issues with the BRP Letter email.
I got my Visa approval since Wednesday and till now they've not sent any BRP mail, neither was any letter included in the DHL parcel.
I'll like to ask any other person in the house, please do you know how to request for the BRP accompany letter email after collection of passport? Thank you.

Please I have a few questions about a student-dependent visa, and I am not sure if it has been answered here already.

My wife and I have paid off the school fees (the last payment is currently awaiting bank disbursement of funds) and just her living expenses that is with her (she resumed September last year)

1. Do we need to add the receipts for the school fees as part of my application?
2. Do we need a UK address to apply as she's currently living with family and now her own space is pending when I arrive?
3. How much POF is needed for the application?
4. How long does it take for a decision to be made for a dependent application? (I am assuming dependents can't make use of priority service)
5. What necessary/convincing documents do you think would be necessary to avoid delays from NSF?
