bullstriker: Thanks so much for bringing this up again and I have been thinking of the best way to structure things. For funding, my plan is to submit my 2022 T4 showing how much I earned, recent paystubs and a letter from my employer confirming my employment. Also statement of account for around $10k sitting in an investment account My other sibling will also be sponsoring on terms similar to the above. Our combined income in around $125k so there's no doubt that we will be able to cover her cost. In my draft letter of explanation, I've mentioned that her tuition for the first year ($15k) is less than 20% of our annual income. I also mentioned that we both own homes where my sister will be staying (just to show that living expense is not a problem) and we've jointly contributed to pay the tuition deposit of $1750. Is this outline convincing to show proof of funds or should we be doing something more? I’m wary of sending money to her Naira account because of the unpredictable exchange rate and can’t pay the next tranche of the tuition, as it’s not due until August. Thank you. 2 Likes |

Hello Gurus in the house, please I’d like to know if there’s anything I’d need to attach anything else to the bank statement and affidavit of support and letter of sponsorship that my uncle is using to sponsor me. A timely answer would be very much appreciated. Thank you. 1 Like |

You're welcome. But in some cases, their expertise plays a significant role in the application and that's if he/she knows her onions. Wish him the very best. Winnerpoks: 2 Likes 1 Share |

You have options to show proof of funds for your sister's application. In addition to the documents you mentioned, submit a Notice of Assessment(NoA), birth cert and Sponsorship letter. You can send me a message; I’m not far from your city of residence. jjohndoe83: 1 Like |

The company seems to have funds available, but it is not financially buoyant to spend such an amount on an employee’s education. For instance, it is challenging to convince a VO that a company will spend half of their revenue (not even income) on an employee. kokoromaster9: |

Please I need your Help !!!!!! I submitted my application on the 6th December 2022, after reading my application over and over I noticed I made a mistake in my Background Information page where I was ask "have you be refuse visa or Order to leave Canada or deny entry to Canada or any other Country or Territory. I click No , instead of Yes . I remembered 2013, I was deny entry to South Africa due to failure to pay Hotel reservation, I was ask to go back to Nigeria pay before coming . Now I am scared of getting 5 years ban by not clicking Yes . I send a web form explaining the mistake and filling out another form , I have resubmitted. Will that web form be considered? What can I do now ? Is there anything more I can do. please I really need your help |

Lordlugard91: I don’t know if they have a database with a country as far as South Africa, but you’ve done what’s best. Sending an explanation via webform. I’d say you should send a webform again after a while (maybe a week or 2), asking if they received your original webform. If they say “yes”, then be assured they’ll consider it. If they say “no”, they’ll ask you to send it again and when you do, they’ll acknowledge it. 2 Likes |
