Peaceful retirement? The holy books says there is no peace for a wicked man. Someone asks, why do you say baba is a wicked man and I reply, the same holy book says when the wicked rules, the people groan. Have Nigerians been groaning for almost eight years? If yes, bàbà is a wicked ruler.

How can you hope to retire to peace when you had a chance to create a peaceful environment but failed? I do not think your hope is feasible.

Ofcourse, why wouldn't you look forward to retirement when you are going to be retired to thrillions of naira while leaving Nigerians in mountains of debt and abject poverty.
You should have looked forward to this retirement 8 bleeping years ago and maybe Nigeria would have been one of the best economies in the world by now as it was already the best in Africa.
Now your Pro max, old and senile Thiefnubuuu has the guts to say, "it's his turn".

If only you can make this election free, fair a d credible, all the atrocities you've committed against Nigerians for past 7years plus will surely be forgiven.
If and only if you can grant us free and fair elections, your sins will be forgiven

When you bring in firewood from outside , don’t expect to not have ants in your house. If the society is not peaceful you sir, can’t retire in peace unfortunately.

Until politicians , billionaires, celebrities and other high net-worth individuals are able to walk the street without more than a handful of security/bodyguards or even without any bodyguards at all , that society cannot score itself high on the security index. That’s the ultimate test

If by peaceful retirement , you mean having a battalion of soldiers at your doorstep to protect you, then that’s a delusional interpretation of a peaceful life.

Did you do enough even in your own state of katsina to secure lives and property ?

Let's see where he will retire to

"President Muhammadu Buhari says he looks forward to the peaceful conduct of this year’s general elections, and retirement since he has satisfied the constitutionally required two terms in office." meaning there wouldn't be a peaceful conduct if he still has another term to serve.

Peaceful election yes quite possible but peaceful retirement depends on your work and leadership for the past 8 years if you have done well you will retire peacefully but if otherwise God made it that everyman will reap whatever he sowed, wishes and prayers can't change that fact it's God's word.
