Good morning house!!! Kudos to everybody who has kept this platform alive. I am new on the thread, i have read till this stage and i am well informed now. I want to apply for a visit visa for a family of 4 my question: 1. Where can a child visit in Canada e.g disney land etc 2. How much do you think will be sufficient for 8days visit for a family of (4) four? I am employed and i earn 365k. I have done my homework on tourists center in Canada but i could not find a suitable one for the kids. All inputs will be appreciated. |

ednut1: ednut1 good morning.. please I need to make an inquiry? I submitted an application for study permit for my son (17) for May 2023 at SENECA COLLEGE. Am supposed to escort him to help in registration and sort accommodate stuffs. Do I wait till his visa is out to submit my application or do I submit a visitor's application with his application? Thanks |

organza:if you wait till he gets visa then it’s obvious you wont be able to escort him with the recent processing timelines. The earlier you apply the better |

Hi everyone, please I’m new on this thread. I have a question, I have applied for Canadian visitor’s visa since February 2022 and did biometric in March 2022. Till date no feedback or anything. Now I just got married and did change of name last year. My passport is expiring soon so I want to renew and do the change of name at once. Will it affect my visa application in anyway since I used old details? Because if they ask me to send the passport, I will have the new one, how will I go about it please? Hep me o |

Virgo22: That simple matter.. the first thing you do is just fill the webform now ..attach ur wedding cert and explain ur current status change to married including ur husband details like fullname, age, nationality and adddress..and when u done with change name and you get a new passport also inform ircc ..the change of status from single to married even increase ur chance of visa because you have a stronger home tie as a newly married person.congratulations and wishing you joy and happiness in ur marriage 2 Likes |

Hello everyone, please I need your inputs regarding the below. I am Canadian PR and have lived 7 months in Canada. I want to apply for visitor's visa for my mum. I have a full time job and my account balance is about $5,000 CAD. My mum on the other hand is a primary school teacher and earns 30k monthly with no travel history. What can I do to increase her chances of getting a visitor visa as I need her to come for omugwo by June July? |

Midazman: No, I didn't send any mail. I noticed that my Background check was completed same day I did Biometrics.... I guess that step was waived because of my US visa (or maybe UK).

It's because of your US visa. Your visa was processed under the CAN+ program. Congratulations! |
