Nigerian electorates need to have independent minds. To achieve that, I have always been an advocate of SSCE certificate or its equivalent being the minimum requirement for obtaining PVC in this country.

This will eliminate underage voting, reduce the cost of conducting elections, eliminate bad electoral choices and compel the north to educate their people to maintain the position as a region that controls the block votes.

Point of correction, we do not have 37 regions, rather, we have 36 states, plus the FCT...and all are divided into 6 regions. Will all may be bad, but some are far better than the others.
